		<description>My name is Cosmo, and I've been foolin with digital graphics since I first got my hands on the Kid Pix Beta in 1991. The industry moved on to bigger and "better" things. But I know you shouldn't change horses mid-stream, so I stuck to my guns, and I still use Kid Pix for all of my projects today. You need a storyboard? I'll do it in Kid Pix. Particle simulations with depth of field? Kid Pix. Managing a team of animators? Watch out, deadlines: There's a hungry pack of Kid Pixes on the loose, and they will show no mercy.
I've worked with these studios
Gunshop, Vehicle, Agency:Collective, Studio B Films, Mile End Films, and Crackle

For clients like
MTV, VH1, CMT, A&#38;E, Adobe, National Geographic, Bayer, The San Francisco Symphony, Seagate, CLIF Bar, ByteMobile, Livescribe, and Symantec

The Last Cap Title Sequence
Design, AnimationThese titles evolved out of a need to define the experience of a short speculative fiction story about life on earth after sea floors collapse and an oil wrought ocean brings the majority of living organisms on earth to extinction.In a similar vein, I mixed together some classical and ambient songs as a hypothetical soundtrack and aural moodboard

Fine Arts at CCA
Concept, Photography, Editing, AnimationJason Kerr and I collaborated on this promotional video for CCA's MFA in Fine Arts program. Knowing all too well the dangers of elongated talking head interviews, we knew we wanted to do something different. When the Fine Arts department told us to get weird, we knew we were on the same page. After spending extensive time with the graduate students, talking, interviewing, and sitting in on classes, we began to shoot the first person narrative of the MFA experience at CCA. We built a home made SnorriCam out of some wood shop scraps, bolts, and an old skateboard deck. The resulting film is a compressed account of the continued education in fine arts, as told through the perspectives of students at every stage.

Barracuda: The Power of One
Design, Direction, Animation

Client: Seagate
Studio: Studio B FilmsTo celebrate the release of their new 3TB hard drive, Seagate asked Studio B Films to create a spot that would illustrate the core values of the Barracuda brand while also conveying the technological advancements that had made it possible. I worked with Studio B to help a developing concept come to life by defining a unique aesthetic language for Barracuda while still echoing the Seagate brand.

		<description>
Alan Watts on Faith
Concept, Design, AnimationOne of the assignments in Christopher Simmons' graphic design class at CCA is to choose a quote, marry it with an image, and then scale the resulting relationship up and down. Students are asked to consider a method of scale appropriate to their project, and it is seldom size. Pacing seemed an apt choice, with a resulting video that aimed to test both the patience and cognitive reflexes of the viewer.
